Welcome Friends!
Our general membership meetings will be held on the 1st Thursday of the month at Wellspring United Methodist Church, 6200 Williams Drive, Georgetown, at 9:30 for social time, with the meeting starting at 10:00 unless otherwise noted. Speaker topics will range from historical to current events that you will find both informative and interesting. We are confident there is something for everyone and you will not be disappointed. Please feel free to bring a guest

This organization has been helping strangers become friends through its wonderful members and activities for 50 years. Whether you are new to the area or a long-time resident wanting to find a new pastime activity, you will want to check out our calendar, Special Interest Groups, & newsletters that include photos of our general meetings and member activities that will surely get you excited about joining Newcomers. Whether you are joining as a new member or simply renewing, our yearly dues are $35 which covers all the adults in a household. They can be paid on-line, by postal mail, or at a meeting. See our membership page for all the details.

Upcoming Events
- March 5th – We are looking forward to seeing everyone on February 5th for our General Meeting at Wellspring! We will have a presentation from Weir Wildscapes, and there will be a limited number of plants for sale outside the venue. Come at 9:30 to sign in, socialize, and meet new members, while you enjoy coffee, tea, or water. Lunch follows (tbd) where members order and pay on their own.

- 9:00 am sharp – Leave Film Alley
- 10:00 – Visit the Bellevue historic Victorian museum.
- 12:00 – Lunch at Roaring Fork
- 2:00 – Neil Cochran museum
- 5:00 – Arrive back in Georgetown

- May 14 – Fashion Show Luncheon – Save the Date! Please save this date for a fun filled time for new fashion ideas, conversation and lunch with friends. More reminders will come but for now…mark your calendars. You won’t want to miss this event
